1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, viewing, purchasing, or downloading any photos, videos, or related media (“Content”) made available by Goal Galaxy via Pixieset, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Ownership of Content

  • All Content remains the intellectual property of Goal Galaxy and KMSP Group LLC.

  • Content is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

  • Copyright ownership is not transferred through purchase or download.

  • Goal Galaxy may use Content for its own marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes.

3. License for Personal Use

Purchasing or downloading Content grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • Permitted: sharing with family/friends, personal prints, posting on personal social media (with credit to Goal Galaxy when possible).

  • Not Permitted: resale, redistribution, commercial use, advertising, AI/machine learning, or defamatory alterations.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Remove watermarks or copyright marks.

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell Content.

  • Use Content in a way that misrepresents the individuals depicted.

  • Upload Content to AI databases or training models.

  • Use Content in any unlawful or harmful manner.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All purchases of digital downloads, prints, and video products are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only available for duplicate charges or technical errors caused by Goal Galaxy.

6. Access to Content

  • Collections may require passwords, PINs, or may expire after a set date.

  • Goal Galaxy is not responsible for lost access due to expired links, deleted galleries, or user error.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Goal Galaxy and KMSP Group LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Content or Pixieset platform.

  • We strive for professional quality but make no guarantee Content will meet every user’s expectations.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goal Galaxy, KMSP Group LLC, and its representatives from any claims or damages arising from misuse of Content.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted within Pixieset and take effect immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
